NIMCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

NIMCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria: Key Points
For calculating the minimum requirement of marks, conversion of scored marks from CGPA to percentage and vice-versa is prohibited.
Candidates in the last year of their Bachelor’s programme are also eligible to apply for NIMCET 2020. However, such candidates must provide their proof of passing latest by September 15, 2020.
Students who have completed/ are completing B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Hons)/BCA/ BIT of 3 years from Open Universities are also eligible to apply provided the programme is approved by UGC / AICTE and Distance Education Council (DEC) of Govt. of India.

The application form of NIMCET 2020 was released by the conducting authority on March 6, 2020. Eligible candidates seeking admission into M.C.A. course offered by the country’s leading NITs had to register for NIMCET application form 2020 before April 21. The application process for registered candidates will resume again tentatively from May 3, 2020. Candidates must use their personal phone number and e-mail ID to register as a new user and fill the application form of NIMCET 2020. Scanned copies of recent photograph, signature, mark-sheets, etc. will also be required for uploading in the application form. Payment of application fee will be the concluding step of the NIMCET application process. Lastly, candidates are advised to print out at least two copies of the completed application form for future reference.

Chandani, at this point in time all these schedules are possible dates given the fact that lockdown has been extended until May 3rd. Now based on the Country's control of the pandemic the exams will be most probably rescheduled. NIMCET was scheduled for May 31st but again all dates are subjective to change based on the prognosis and control of the current situation. So do not worry about that.
