CDAT C-CAT 2026 Result - Ranking
- Each candidate who appeared for the exam will be allotted a rank based on his/ her performance in section A/ A+B/ A+B+C. Candidates who qualify for more than one section will be given multiple ranks.
- The 10% of candidates with the lowest ranks will be considered disqualified. Moreover, after removing the lowest 10% rankers, if there is a candidate of any section who will score zero or less, he/she will be disqualified.
- If a candidate appeared for Category II/ III but did not qualify in Section A, he/she will not get any rank in Category I/ II/ III, even if the candidate scored well in Sections B and C. However, if he/ she qualifies Section A but does not qualify Section B, he/she will not get any rank in Category II or III but will be awarded a rank in Category I.
CDAC C-CAT Result 2026: Tie-Breaking
In case two or more candidates have secured the same marks in the CDAC C-CAT 2026 examination then the authorities will use the following criteria to allot rank:
- If two or more candidates secure the same marks in Section A or Sections A+B or Sections A+B+C, the candidate having more marks in Section A is given a higher rank.
- If the tie persists then a candidate who has a higher value in a ratio (ratio of ‘the number of correct answers/number of attempted questions’) in a specific section required for that category of courses is given the higher rank.
- If a tie is still not resolved then candidates are given the same rank in the result of CDAC C-CAT 2026.
CDAC C-CAT Counselling and Seat Allocation 2026
Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam are eligible to participate in CDAC C-CAT 2026 counselling and seat allocation. Candidates must complete the registration process and lock in their choices of courses and training centres. For PG-DAI (Data Analytics & AI):

Hope you are doing great. The full form of CDAC is center for development of Advanced computing will release the CDAC C-CAT 2022 application form. The application form is expected to be released in July for the session of the August shortly and after the examination the cutoff and the counselling continuous accordingly. The candidate who is appearing for the exam should meet the eligibility criteria and pay the requisite fee for that.

Hope you are doing great. Coming to your question, the CDAC entrance exam, for the second batch students was not yet released by the authorities. However, it was expected to be on between 20 to 23 December,2022, these are tentative. The dates may change. However, for the January batch students the exam was conducted between 22 to 23 January, 2022.
