No , you can not do PG Diploma from CDAC after B.Com, and you cant give C-CAT Only science graduates are eligible for the course like B.tech in any discipline or equivalent .
Otherwise M.Sc in computer science/IT/Electronics, MCA etc or Post graduate Degree in Mathematics, Physics , Statistics etc.
