NIMCET Exam Pattern NIMCET Exam Pattern 2018 - The exam pattern of NIMCET 2018 has been announced by NIT Surathkal, the test conducting National Institute of Technology (NIT). The NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2018 will be held on May 27 in offline mode for two hours. As many as 805 seats will be filled across the participating institutes solely on merit basis. Before appearing for the entrance test, candidates should be aware about NIMCET exam pattern 2018 in order to have a fair idea the test. Marking Scheme of NIMCET 2018

  • Each correct response will be awarded four marks.

  • One mark will be deducted from the total score for each wrong response.

  • No marks will be awarded for unattempted questions. Also, responding a question with more than one options will be considered wrong, and marks will be deducted for that.
