WB JECA Exam 2025 - Counselling (Started), Seat Allotment (Out), Choice Filling, Cutoff

The round 2 JECA 2025 seat allotment result has been announced on December 23. Aspirants can check the WB JECA seat allotment at wbjeeb.nic.in. Eligible candidates must have their documents verified and appear on the designated date and time for the counselling process. No candidate may report on a date other than the one mentioned in the counselling programme. The counselling process is based on rank order and cannot be altered based on individual candidate requests. The authority had conducted the WB JECA 2025 counselling registration and choice filling from December 12 to 15. The WB JECA counselling process includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, fee payment and reporting to the allotted college. WBJEEB has announced the complete JECA counselling dates 2025 on the official website. Only those candidates can participate in the counselling of WB JECA who cleared the exam.

WB JECA 2025 eligibility criteria includes the academic qualifications, domicile, age criterion that are mandatory for candidates to apply for admissions. Aspirants can check the detailed eligibility criteria of JECA 2025 below.

• Candidates must have passed 3-year Bachelor degree programs from UGC recognized University with at least 60% in Honours/Aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBCA/OBC-B/PwD candidates) along with 60% in Mathematics at the Bachelor’s level together with at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with at least 60% in Mathematics in both Secondary or equivalent and Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations from recognized Boards.
• Candidates, who are due to appear in the 3 year Bachelor's degree examination in current year will have to submit their mark sheet or grade card within 3 months from the commencement of the 1st semester classes.

• UGC and/or AICTE recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3-years duration. Obtained 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at graduation level.

                                                                       OR

• Graduate or equivalent degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline of a UGC recognized University/Institute or AICTE recognized B.E./B.Tech/BCA of a University/Institute. Candidate must have Mathematics as one of the subjects at each level of education. Candidates have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBCA/OBC-B candidates) at each level education.

• Candidates must pass 3 year B. Sc. Hons. from UGC recognized university with at least 60% in Honours (55% for SC/ST candidates) in Bachelor level having Mathematics as one of the subject together with at least 60% marks in 10th level and (10+2) level with at least 60% in Mathematics in both 10th and (10+2) level from recognized Board. 

The authority concluded the application form correction for WB JECA 2025 on September 20, 2025. The authority closed the WB JECA 2025 application process on September 17F, 2025. Before completing the application form, candidates were required to review the WB JECA 2025 eligibility criteria. Only candidates who have submitted the application form will be eligible for the  WB JECA 2025 exam .

WB JECA 2025 Registration Steps

Step 1: Candidates must first complete the WB JECA 2025 registration process by following the instructions.

• Visit the WBJEE registration website.

• Click on 'JECA 2025 Online Application Form'.

• Choose 'New Candidate Registration.'

• Read the instructions and then click 'I agree and Proceed.'

• For registration, enter your name, parents' names, DOB, mobile number, and email address. All information must be correct and match the information on school admit cards, mark sheets, certificates, photo identity cards, caste/category certificates, and so on.

• Select a password, as well as a security question and answer.

• Click the 'Submit' button.

Following successful registration, a WB JECA application number will be generated and communicated to candidates via SMS and email.

Step 2: Filling Out the WB JECA 2025 Application Form- After registering, candidates should login to the candidate portal to complete all of the WB JECA application form details such as personal, academic, and communication information such as domicile, category, PwD status, home district, nationality, religion, and so on. In this step, candidates must also select three preferred WB JECA exam centers.

Step 3: Uploading Documents- Once all of the application details have been entered, candidates must upload scanned images of their photograph and signature in accordance with the specifications provided by the authorities.

Step 4: Fee Payment- After uploading documents, candidates must pay the WB JECA 2025 application fee via net banking/debit/credit card. The WB JECA 2025 application fee is Rs 500 plus bank charges

Step 5: Printing Confirmation Page- After completing the steps, candidates will be directed to the "Downloading Confirmation Page" option. The WB JECA application process will not be completed unless a confirmation page is generated.

WBJEE Board has issued the WB JECA admit card 2025 on October 10, 2025, on the official website. To download the WB JECA admit card 2025, candidates must enter their WB JECA application number and date of birth. Aspirants must take precautions to avoid even unintentional mutilation, distortion, or tampering with their admit card. Candidates who do not have such admission cards will be unable to enter the exam hall.

West Bengal JECA 2025 final answer key has been published on November 16. After the board has had an opportunity to evaluate the challenge, the final WB JECA answer key has been made public.
