JMEE Exam Pattern 2019 - The Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU) sets the JMEE 2019 exam pattern for all the candidate appearing for the state-level exam in the second week of July tentatively. According to the Joint MCA Entrance Exam (JMEE) exam pattern 2019, the exam will be conducted in offline mode as candidates will be provided with OMR sheets to mark their responses. The paper will be divided into four sections, namely: Mathematics, Reasoning, English and Fundamentals of Computing. The exam pattern of JMEE 2019 also states that questions will be objective in nature with 30 MCQs each on Mathematics and Reasoning, and 20 MCQs each on English and Fundamentals of Computing. According to the marking scheme, candidates will be rewarded 4 marks for every correct answer and lose 1 mark for every incorrect answer.

Candidates will be required to carry black ballpoint pens to mark their answers on the OMR sheet.
It is recommended to not attempt the questions if they are unsure about the answers. No response would draw 0 marks whereas an incorrect one would deduct 1 mark.
Each question will have four answer choices. Any rough work, if needed, must be done in the test booklet itself. Any scribbling on the OMR sheet is strictly prohibited.
