NIMCET 2020 will be conducted by National Institute of Technology (NIT’s) on a rotational basis. This is a national level entrance exam held every year to offer admission into Masters in Computer Application Programme. Dates for NIMCET 2020 are not released yet but it's expected that notification will release till first week of march.last date for registration may be till last week of march 2020.

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have passed your bcs in ggnou in 2019, you are definitely eligible for iit mca through giving iit jam for admission into different iits.
Those Candidates have obtained 50% marks in Graduation degree are applicable for MCA Entrance exam. (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)You must have mathematics subject in 12th or Graduation standard. The Eligible department for IIT JAM Exam for MCA course are BCA , B.Sc (IT,CS) , B.Sc in Mathematics.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

In order to be eligible for NIMCET, you will have to secure atleast 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55%marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST) in B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT for a minimum three year full-time duration from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects ORB.E. / BTech. from a recognized University.
Also, if you have done your BSc with mathematics or statistics as one of the subject which you have already studied then you are eligible for the exam.
