NIMCET 2020 will be conducted by National Institute of Technology (NIT’s) on a rotational basis. This is a national level entrance exam held every year to offer admission into Masters in Computer Application Programme. Dates for NIMCET 2020 are not released yet but it's expected that notification

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have passed your bcs in ggnou in 2019, you are definitely eligible for iit mca through giving iit jam for admission into different iits.

Those Candidates have obtained 50% marks in Graduation degree are applicable for MCA Entrance exam.

It's very disheartening of me to inform you that Jadapur University demands at least 75 percentile in JEE Mains which is the minimum eligibility criteria for them so you won't be able to take admission in Jadavpur University.
