some universities give preferences to work experience so in this case you have to submit the experience certificate at the time of admission of MCA.

Dear candidate, though it's much late but here's the elegibilty criteria for the exam:

The basic NIMCET eligibility criteria requires Indian candidates to be graduates in S cience/ IT/ CA/ Technology or Engineering, with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. Only eligible candidates will be able to apply for this national level exam which is the gateway to admission into M.C.A. courses in the 10 participating NITs.
According to 2020 rules, a finap year student can give exam if he/she graduates not later than September 2020.
Candidates in the last year of their Bachelor’s programme are also eligible to apply for NIMCET 2020 . However, such candidates must provide their proof of passing latest by September 15, 2020.

If you have completed your graduation but did not recieved the degree then you have to upload your final year marksheet. If in the application some remark given then you have to contact with the NIMCET authorities, they will solve your problem as soon as possible. But if nothing extra is mentioned you can upload your final year marksheet then after the procedure if you get your UG Degree then you will have to submit there.

It is always good to have a plan B incase plan A does not work. However the competitive exam for both the courses which you want to pursue are pretty difficult. You can definitely prepare for both if you have the capacity to undertake both preparation at the same time but I would suggest you to concentrate one at a time.
