Hello Ayush.
As you are talking about best college it could be very much away from your home city if I tell in random. It's better if you tell us your home city and all.
By the way few all India colleges are.
1)Department of computer science, Savitri bai Phule Pune University.
2) JNU Delhi.
3)NIT trichirapalli.
Etc.
Hope you get it.
Good luck
Dear Ayush, NIMCET is an entrance examination for admission to MCA courses in selected Universities like the NITs. As this is an entrance examination and not a scholarship, it doesn't have got anything to do with financial status of a Candidate. There are reservations for Candidates whose family income is less than 6-8 lakhs depending on the Category they belong to. Now for example, if you belong to General Category and your family income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum, you are eligible for EWS reservation. If you belong to OBC and then your family income is less than 6 lakhs per annum you are eligible for OBC-NCL reservation. So you can avail these reservations at the time of counselling provided you fill in the appropriate Category while filling in the application form.
I would suggest you to go through with the previous year papers to know the level of the questions & do practice as much you can.
Here are some preparation books you can follow for the exam preparation.

Hello,
Total marks for NIMCET is 480. They have different section subject wise. each subject contributes a part of mark to the total marks.
Qualifying criteria:-
The total weightage kept is 1000. Each section has a factor which contributes to the weightage. Here is the list:-
These factors will be multiplied with score obtained in each section. This score will help you to get a rank. the higher you score in all the section higher will be the rank.
Try to get as high as possible. There is no such cut to straight value to say as lots of candidates are there and a 1 mark will make a big difference. so just be patient and prepare and practice regularlly such that you can solve any problem given to you.
Hope it helps!
