Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you can certainly fill the N.I.M.C.E.T form with old O.B.C certificate as in further process of counselling or admissions the forms are reopened at that time you can certainly upload the new O.B.C certificate.O.B.C certificate need to be updated after 1 april 2022 so you are advised to get it updated by visiting it to the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office. Validity of any category certificate is till 1 april after it you need to renew it.

There are many phases of a exam, which include the application form filling, exam itself and then the counseling process.

So, regarding your category certificate, it usually is not checked before the counseling process. So, if you are planning on getting a OBC-NCL certificate before the counseling starts, then yes you can.

Also, you can change it during the correction period if you want to. And, in the case where you don't have the latest OBC-NCL certificate, then you will be considered an general candidate and will be allotted seat based on general category.

For NIMCET,

B.Sc / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA /BIT graduates with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects.

For the UR category, 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale

For SC/ST category, 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale.

Students must have passed not later than September 2022.

So, you're eligible for NIMCET.

Yes, as per the eligibility criteris for NIMCET 2022, candidate must have qualified the undergraduation program by September 2022, so as you mentioned that you have completed it in 2020, thus you are eligible for same. Also, you must have 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale in UG program from a recognized university. Moreover, there is no age limit to apply for the exam.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should work hard and should focus on achieving high and high in entrance exam it totally depends upon the examination if paper is simple then cutoff goes high gradually and if paper or examination is hard then cutoff goes down. In last years a pattern have been seen that there is certain rise in the cutoffs as 500+ marks is required to get admission in N.I.Ts in general category.

As you know NIMCET Entrance Exam opens up a new Gateway to do MCA course from few of the best colleges of India. The General Eligibility criteria of the college is that B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible). B.E/ B.Tech from recognised institutions will also be granted. However for B.Com courses, it is not yet mentioned in their eligibility criteria brochure.
