To apply for NIMCET a candidate must have passed three year B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications)/ BBA (Computer Applications) with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University  or four year B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University. The candidate belonging to general/OBC/EWS category must score minimum 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale in Bachelor's Degree (Qualifying Examination). The candidate belonging to SC/ST/PWD category must score minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST/PwD.

You can apply for NIMCET 2022 but you must clear the backlog and obtain the passing certificate on or before the cut off date specified to get admission. You must score the required percentage of marks in the qualifying examination. If you do not clear the backlog and do not obtain the degree on or before the cut off date you will be ineligible to apply for admission.

The basic educational qualification required for the examination of NIMCET is provided below:

Technology e of Master in computer application common entrance test is taken in every year once in a year. Nimcet is of total 480 marks. For this year 2022 to the notification for application published in the month of February 2022 and the exam will be held in the in the month of March 2022. The Education Qualification required to be eligible for NIMCET is that a candidate must have passed B.Sc. / B.Sc.
