  Unfortunately you are not eligible for NIMCET .

The educational qualification criteria to apply for NIMCET is that candidate should have done a minimum 3 years program of BSc /BSc(hons.)/ BCA/ BIT from a recognized university with mathematics/ statistics as one of the subjects.

I see that you want to pursue MCA from NIT Warangal. So you must have to pass NIMCET 2020. In order to do it , you must be having more than 6.5 CGPA in BTech/BCA ... 

What I have seen that NIT Warangal is one of the best colleges to pursue MCA . I have studied previous year rankings , in order to get admission in NIT Warangal , you need to be under 100 rank. In 2018 it was 97. So it should be around this rank.

Well, comparing from the previous year analysis, it feels you can get admission at NIT allahabad and in NIT Calicut owing ot your category.

Though if the situation arises to prefer which college then I would say to use rul of thumb ie

if south indian - NIT Calicut

if North Indian - NIT Allahabad

Though both are excellent colleges.

congrats for superb performance in both the exams.Now coming to selection of college,i would suggest you to go for NIT's .Keep VIT as your last option because VIT is mostly provide all the facilities for B.tech and is famous for B.tech.Also placements for VIT in MCA is not so good.As per your rank you will get a decent NIT like NIT Durgapur,NIT Jamsedpur,NIT Kurukshetra,NIT Raipur . To get into NIs ,you need to appear for Jee mains examination.

You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

If you have qualified jee mains , you are eligible to write JEE advanced.
