hello, I have self-attested my photo and uploaded it and have already submitted it. now on your website, I saw photos werent supposed to be attested. so do I fill out another application now? or is it okay that I have self-attested it?

S. Saha Student Expert 17th Mar, 2020

The last date to apply for NIMCET is March 31, 2020. If the authority offers any correction facility after that, then you can correct the application. But if there's no correction window, then leave it as it is. Filling more than one form can lead to rejection of your application. So it will be better if you wait for furthur notification.

Apoorva Student Expert 9th Mar, 2020

Hello dear student,

First of all if you belong to some Category so it's important to present your document that you actually belong to some Category to get the benefits of the Category. If you fail to get you document verified at the time of document verification then there are chances you will not be able to avail your benefits of the Category. I hope this was helpful

Thank you

i am in final year of bca . i have results of three semesters with percentage more than 60 . i dont have dmc . is am able to appear in NIMCET ?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 29th Feb, 2020

hi,

see the final year candidates are also allowed to participate in nicet exam, however at the time of counselling you need to have the pass certificate by the date mentioned by exam authority. see the basic eligibility criteria is general or obc candidates need to have  60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales  and SC/ST Candidates  need to secure 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale. so up to last semester if your aggregate is more than 60% you are eligible to apply.
