OP: Open Category

OP-PwD: Persons with Disability under Open Category

OBC: Other Backward Classes

OBC-PwD: Persons with Disability under Other Backward Classes

SC: Scheduled Castes

Tibetans are not eligible to give NIMCET exam as The basic NIMCET eligibility criteria requires Indian candidates to be graduates in Science/ IT/ CA/ Technology or Engineering, with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. Only Indians are eligible to give NIMCET exam. Only eligible candidates will be able to apply for this national level exam which is the gateway to admission into M.C.A. courses in the 10 participating NITs. The official notification for the exam has been released on February 27. NIMCET 2020 has been postponed and revised dates will be announced later.

According to the NIMCET exam pattern 2020, Mathematics held the most weightage with 50 questions followed by Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning with 40 questions. Moreover, as per NIMCET 2020 exam pattern, the question papers also included 10 questions on Computer Awareness and 20 questions on General English.

The marking scheme awarded 4 marks for every correct answer and deducted 1 mark for every wrong marking.

the basic eligibility criteria to get admission for the course M.C.A is candidate must hold a bachelors degree in computer application (BCA) or in any relevant field with mathematics as compulsory  subject in class 12th and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in their graduation. so after completing you may be eligible

• Collect study material  for NIMCET start preparing by yourself.
• practice while checking with time this while help you to manage time.
• start taking mocks test as soon a topic completed.
• start taking previous year question paper it help to get more familiar with exam.
• general English it a section that is always scoring if you pay little attention.
• The computer awareness section includes questions based on computer basics and data representation.  this is one of the easiest section.
