I hope you are doing well, As you said you secured 704 rank in NIMCET you will definitely get a seat in Hyderabad University. You might also get seat at NIT's (not in top 3). It's your choice whether you want to take admission in HCU or NIT's. I

For the eligibility for appearing in NIMCET exam, you have a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale from a recognized board. If you have been qualify for this marks category, then you are eligible for appearing in NIMCET exam.

The eligibility criteria for NIMCET is provided below:

• B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible)

• B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University
