The eligibility criteria of NIMCET 2022 requires that Indian candidates have to qualify B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible or B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University. For general students, minimum marks is 60 per cent or 6.5 CGPA and for ST and SC, it is 55 per cent or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale. The passing year must not later than September 2022.
Candidates in the last year of their Bachelor’s programme are also eligible to apply for NIMCET 2022. However, such candidates must provide their proof of passing before the specified last date.

Eligibility criteria for NIMCET 2022 is following:
Candidate should have completed BCA/B.S.C/B.S.C honors/ BIT of minimum 3 years from a recognized university.
Candidates should have studied Mathematics/ Statistics as their one subject.
Candidates passing year should not be later than September 2022.
According to information given by you, you will clear your exam in July 2022 hence you will be eligible to apply for NIMCET 2022.

the nimcet basic elgibilty criteria is that one must be of indian origin. the person must be a graduate in science or IT or CA or technology and engineering. he/she must have secured minimum 60 percent marks in graduation, or a cgpa of 6.5 or above.
you have done bachelors of art , so you are not eligible , bsc,bca, btech , bsc hons students can give the exam.

It doesn't matter even if you had failed in one subject in your class 12 ,what matters is that you had passed it in overall with 5 subjects and your result status in your marksheet is pass.
So,
Yes, with BCA degree, you are definitely eligible for nimcet examination provided you have studied maths/statistics as one of the subject in your BCA.

So there is no mention of need of any specific subject so you can take part irrespective of you have studied Maths in graduation or not.
