Hi chaitanya,
If you are implying your middle name then it shouldn't be a problem. At least your first name and last name should match and shouldn't be completely different.
Candidates have to produce in original the photo identity proof along with Examination
Hall Ticket while attending the examination, without which they will not be allowed to take
up the examination. the name as appearing on the Hall Ticket
(provided during the process of registration) should match the name as appearing on the
photo identity proof.
Only Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Hall Ticket and Photo Identity Proof the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the
examination. In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.
hope this helps.

hi,
well in most of the institute there is no age limit to apply for mca course. there are many candidates who go for job after completing bca, some years later they again opt for mca. if you have no working experience then it also fine to apply for mca. you should study hard to secure a well paying job. at the time of interview you will be asked that what you have done these years, so be prepare with a proper answer to justify the year gap.
best of luck for your future endeavor.
