if you can not clear your back log and submit the clear mark sheet , you will not allow for admission process. however I will suggest you to give your best for c cat exam, you may request to the exam authority if they may except your internet download mark sheets for the back log paper.

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) conducts the computerized Common Admission Test (C-CAT) twice a year, i.e. in June and December. The CDAC C-CAT application form 2019 is tentatively expected to be released on October 23 in online mode and will be available till December 3, 2019. Only those candidates who are either graduate in engineering or postgraduates in engineering sciences with the corresponding basic degree will be eligible to apply for CDAC C-CAT December 2019.

please before applying read the instructions clearly. if it mention that with current backlog you cannot apply, then your candidature may rejected, and if nothing is mention, you may apply but during the interview you have to show your clear mark sheet and backlog need to have cleared that time. hope you may understand.
