CG Pre MCA 2025 Exam - Registration (Started), Date, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Admission Process

CGPEB has released the CG Pre MCA 2025 eligibility criteria online on the official website. Candidates can verify the CG Pre MCA eligibility 2025 here:

• Candidates must not be more than 32 years of age for the unreserved category and the age bar is 35 years for SC/ST/OBC/Female/PwD categories
• Students should have passed a 3-year degree course from any recognized university and branch/subject.
• They should have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination for unreserved categories and 45% marks for reserved categories.
• The applicant should have passed class 12 with Mathematics as one of the subjects. (The authorities will not accept allied subjects such as Business Mathematics, Basic Mathematics. Higher subjects related to Mathematics such as Advanced Mathematics will be considered for Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2025.
• Candidates who have passed the BCA as a qualifying degree need not have Mathematics as a subject in class 12 as per the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA eligibility criteria 2025.

CG PEB has commenced the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2025 registration process on March 13, 2025. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can fill out the CG Pre MCA application form 2025. The application process comprises registration, form filling, uploading documents, and payment of fees. Students can check the process for successful submission of the CG Pre MCA application form below.

• Uploading Images – Candidates have to visit the CG Vyapam official website at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in and click on the link to CG Pre MCA application form 2025. Students are required to first paste their photograph with the dimensions of 3.5 x 4.5 cm, and write their names and signatures on an A4 size sheet. They then have to scan the sheet and upload the file between 40 kb to 50 kb.
• Basic Information - Applicants have to fill out the CG Pre MCA 2025 form by entering their eligibility, name, father’s name, date of birth, roll number of class 10, category and domicile details.
• Other Details – After uploading basic information, candidates have to enter other details like religion, identification marks, J&K migrant (if any), contact information, address and exam city details, mobile and valid email ID etc. in the application form
• Declaration Form – After providing the relevant details in the CG Pre MCA 2025 application form, candidates had to sign in and click on 'I Agree' along with the code. Candidates may preview the information and proceed further.
• Application Fees – Candidates have to pay Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2025 application fee online through Debit/Credit/Net banking by clicking on ICICI/HDFC/State Bank of India payment gateway. After successful payment, candidates were able to download the confirmation page of the application for future reference.

Candidates appearing for CG Pre MCA 2025 should be aware of the various details related to the examination. The exam pattern of Chhattisgarh Pre MCA prescribed by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur is given below for reference purposes:

•    The exam duration of CG Pre MCA 2025 is 3 hours.
•    The question paper will comprise 200 objective-type questions.   
•    Candidates will be given 4 options out of which one is correct.        
•    Each correct answer will be awarded one mark

The authorities will issue the CG Pre MCA admit card 2025 on April 22, 2025. Students can download the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2025 admit card online from the official website. Candidates must take a printout of their CG Pre MCA admit cards to the exam centres. They have to carry a photo identity proof and the printout of the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA application form along with their admit cards to the exam centre venue for verification.

The CG Pre MCA 2025 answer key will be available online on the official website. Candidates can download the model answer key PDF from the official site. Using the model answer key, students can verify the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam. The authority will open the objection window, allowing candidates to challenge the CG Pre MCA answer key. Based on the objections received, the final answer key will be updated.

Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board will announce the CG Pre MCA 2025 result online on the official website. The CG Pre MCA 2025 result provides the ranks secured by candidates based on their performance in the entrance test. Students have to enter their CG Pre MCA 2025 roll number to check their results. 

A merit list is prepared based on the performance of candidates in CG Pre MCA 2025. Candidates having their names therein will be eligible to participate in Chhattisgarh MCA counselling.

Candidates securing the same marks is determined based on the scores obtained in the subjects in the following order:

• Mathematics
• Computer Awareness
• Analytical Ability & Logical reasoning
• General Awareness marks and
• Higher age shall be given priority in admission

If candidates are of the same age, then their marks secured in the degree exam will be given a higher rank in the CG Pre MCA 2025 merit list.

The exam authority will release the CG Pre MCA 2025 counselling dates on the official website. The authorities will announce the seat allotment result in online mode. Candidates will have to register for the CG Pre MCA 2025 counselling process before the last date. The CG Pre MCA 2025 counselling registration and choice filling will start after the result declaration. 

Chhattisgarh Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Raipur is responsible for conducting the CG Pre MCA counselling 2025. They will be conducting centralized counselling for CG Pre MCA 2025 for candidates based on their performance in the exam and names in the official merit list released before. No separate call letter/intimation letter will be sent to the respective shortlisted candidates. 

To participate in CG Pre MCA counselling, candidates will have to register online, deposit the participation fee, fill and lock choices, verify their documents for admission, seat allotment. If any candidate fails to produce any relevant document in due course of time than their allotment seats will be cancelled.
