IPU Delhi is one of our great colleges in India and its cutoff is generally around 500-1000 for general category. While for NITs closing ranks is generally around 700. Considering this, your rank seem low and I recommend you to seek other colleges also.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as your rank is very high so getting I.P.U with this rank if you belong to delhi quota or delhi resident then you can easily get it but if you belong to outside delhi then getting main campus is difficult but you can get off campuses or affiliated colleges.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can certainly get H.B.T.U kanpur with 5082 rank in all over India & 1793 rank in O.B.C category in N.I.M.C.E.T as previous year cutoff of H.B.T.U was around 2512 - 5804 in O.B.C category in last round. So yes you can certainly get seat in H.B.T.U.
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you getting N.I.T jamshedpur with AIR 1001 and OBC 391 in N.I.M.C.E.T 2021 is very difficult as your rank is very high as compared to previous year cutoffs and generally in O.B.C category there is only 243 seats so getting any of the N.I.T is very difficult.

NIMCET is the common entrance exam for Masters of Computer Application Program (MCA) at National level Conducted by NIT,Raipur. Total Marks of NIMCET is 480. The Eligibility criteria for NIMCET examinations is.
As you have secured 172 marks out of 480. you will not get seat in this university according to previous year cut of marks . You should secure atleast above 350 to get seat in UOH. This is Top university, so high demand for such programs. You can apply for Private institutions which offer MCA programs, If you still opt for UOH then prepare well and write examination next year. Admission to PhD programmes is based on UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET score. Candidates who do not have UGC-NET or CSIR-NET score can appear for a written examination conducted by the university. The selection will be based on an entrance test followed by an interview and document verification.
Only ranks till 800 get a chance to do HBTU at NITs. You can apply to HBTU Kanpur. It is also taking admissions through NIMCET.

To give NIMCET the minimum educational qualification required by the candidate are B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. So unless you have maths or statistics you will not be eligible for NIMCET. National Institute of Technology Raipur has closed NIMCET 2021 application form. The application form 2021 link was available at nimcet.in till April 7. The exam dates are not yet declared but the application forms are now closed for NIMCET 2021.
Hello aspirant, the JEE mains exam conducted for admission of student for B.E/ B.Tech courses in NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs. Through JEE mains you can get admission in NITs for various branches like CSE or ECE or MECHANICAL etc for a 4 year B.Tech degree.
NIMCET is an exam conducted for admissions to MCA programmes. The exam is conducted for admission in Master of Computer Application in participating NITs.
Without giving JEE mains it is not possible to get into NITs if pursuing a 4 year B. Tech course.
