CG Pre MCA 2023 - CGPEB has declared the CG PRE MCA 2023 result on the official website, vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Moreover, candidates will be able to check the CG Pre answer key 2023 pdf online. Along with the answer key and result, the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA merit list is available online. The authority conducted the CG Pre MCA exam on July 09. Cadidates were able to download the admit card for CG Pre MCA from July 03. CG PRE MCA 2023 application was available online from May 29 to June 18. Students who complete the registration process before the due date were able to edit the application form from June 19 to 21.

After the conclusion of CG Pre MCA, the authorities will release the merit list along with the CG MCA result 2023. And all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the merit list will be called for CG Pre MCA counselling 2023. Candidates will be required to participate in the counselling of CG Pre MCA 2023 to get admission to their desired institute.

About CG Pre MCA 2023

CG Pre MCA 2023 is a state-level entrance examination in Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh Professional Examinations Board, Raipur conducts Chhattisgarh Pre MCA for admissions into Master of Computer Applications.  

The authorities will be conducting MCA admission in Chhattisgarh on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in CG Pre MCA 2023. Candidates who qualify for the CG Pre MCA 2023 will have to participate in the counselling process. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance and choices filled at the time of counselling and then admissions will be made.

All the candidates who will register themselves for CG Pre MCA 2023 will be issued admit card. To download the admit card of CG Pre MCA 2023 candidates will be required to log in using their registration ID and password. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. However, only registered candidates will be able to download the CG Pre MCA admit card from the official website.

• Age - Candidates should not be more than 32 years of age for the unreserved category and the age bar is 35 years for SC/ST/OBC/Female/PwD categories
• Candidates should have passed a 3-year degree course from any recognized university and branch/subject.
• They should have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination for unreserved categories and 45% marks for reserved categories.
• Candidates should have passed class 12 with Mathematics as one of the subjects. (The authorities will not accept allied subjects such as Business Mathematics, Basic Mathematics. Higher subjects related to Mathematics such as Advanced Mathematics will be considered for Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2023.
• Candidates who have passed the BCA as a qualifying degree need not have Mathematics as a subject in class 12 as per the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA eligibility criteria 2023.

The authorities has concluded the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2023 application process. The application form was available online at the official website. CG Pre MCA application process requires successful submission before the last date. The CG Pre MCA application process involves steps as given below:

• Uploading Images – Candidates have to visit the CG Vyapam official website at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in and click on the link to CG Pre MCA application form 2023. Candidates had to first paste their photograph with 3.5 x 4.5 cm, enter the name and signature in a paper. They have to scan the paper and upload the file between 40 kb to 50 kb.
• Basic Information - Candidates have to fill the CG Pre MCA 2023 form by entering their eligibility, name, father’s name, date of birth, roll number of class 10^th, category domicile details.
• Other Details – After uploading basic information, candidates have to enter other details like religion, identification marks, J&K migrant (if any), contact information, address and exam city details, mobile and valid email ID etc. in the application form
• Declaration Form – After providing relevant details in CG Pre MCA 2023 application form, candidates had to sign in and click on 'I Agree' along with the code. Candidates may preview the information and proceed further.
• Application Fees – Candidates have to pay Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2023 application fee online through Debit/Credit/Net banking by clicking on ICICI/HDFC/State Bank of India payment gateway. • The exam duration for CG Pre MCA 2023 is 3 hours.

• The question paper will comprise of 200 objective type question.

• Candidates will be given 4 options out of which one is correct.

• Each correct answer will be awarded one mark

The authorities issued the CG Pre MCA admit card for registered candidates in online mode. Candidates can download Chhattisgarh Pre MCA 2023 admit card online from the official website. Candidates have to take a printout of their admit cards to be carried to the examination centre.

They will also have to carry a photo identity proof and the printout of the Chhattisgarh Pre MCA application form along with their admit cards to the exam centre venue for verification.

The final CG Pre MCA 2023 answer key is available in online mode. The authorities released model answer key of CG Pre MCA 2023 on July 15 on the official website. Candidates can download set-wise CG Pre MCA answer key pdf from the official website. Candidates can check correct and incorrect responses marked in the CG Pre MCA 2023 with the help of the answer key.

Candidates who are not satisfied with the official answer key were allowed to challenge the same in a prescribed format and send it to the mail address before the last date. The final answer key will be released after considering objections raised by the candidates.

Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board has declare the CG Pre MCA 2023 result online on the official website. The ranks secured by candidates on the basis of their performance in the entrance test will be provided in CG Pre MCA 2023 result. • Computer Awareness
• Analytical Ability & Logical reasoning

• Higher age shall be given priority in admission

If candidates are of the same age, then their marks secured in the degree exam will be given higher rank in the CG Pre MCA 2023 merit list.

Mode of Counselling: Online

The exam authority will release the CG Pre MCA 2023 counselling dates at the official website. The authorities will announce the seat allotment result in online mode. Candidates have to register for CG Pre MCA 2023 counselling process before the last date. The CG Pre MCA 2023 counselling registration and choice filling will start after result declaration. 

Chhattisgarh Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Raipur is responsible for conducting CG Pre MCA counselling 2023. They will be conducting centralized counselling for CG Pre MCA 2023 for candidates based on their performance in the exam and names in the official merit list released before. No separate call letter/intimation letter will be sent to the respective shortlisted candidates. 

To participate in CG Pre MCA counselling, candidates will have to register online, deposit the participation fee, fill and lock choices, verify their documents for admission, seat allotment. If any candidate fails to produce any relevant document in due course of time than their allotment seats will be cancelled.
