Assam JMEE 2023 - ASTU has released the Assam JMEE application form 2023 on May 22 on the official website. Candidates willing to apply for the exam can fill out the application form of Assam JMEE 2023 till June 12, 2023. But before filling out the Assam JMEE 2023 application form candidates are advised to check the Assam JMEE eligibility criteria 2023. Assam JMEE 2023 exam will be held on July 2, 2023. 

The eligibility criteria of Assam JMEE 2023 consists of minimum educational qualification, age, minimum marks secured in the entrance examination, and much more. Candidates who fill and submit the Assam JMEE 2023 application form in online mode before the last date will be issued the Assam JMEE admit card. The Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU) conducts the Joint MCA Entrance Exam (JMEE) for admission to Masters in Computer Applications.  

Candidates are advised to know the Assam JMEE exam pattern beforehand. The question paper of JMEE 2023 will be in English medium and candidates will be required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet. The multiple-choice questions will be distributed into four sections, i.e. Mathematics, Reasoning, English and Fundamentals of Computing. Lastly, there will be negative marking as well wherein, candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect response.

The authorities will conduct the JMEE 2023 counselling for admission to the institute. Shortlisted applicants on the basis of JMEE counselling seat allotment result will be able to submit the seat acceptance letter. The exam conducting authority will declare the Assam JMEE 2023 result in online mode. Candidates will be able to download the Assam JMEE result 2023 in the form of a scorecard using their application number and password. Candidates declared qualified will be called to participate in the counselling process. Assam JMEE 2023 counselling dates will be notified soon.

The Assam JMEE application form 2023 has been released in online mode. Interested candidates have to apply for Assam JMEE 2023 before the last date. Note that the candidates are not required to send a hard copy of the complete JMEE 2023 application form to the exam conducting office.

• Register with your valid e-mail address and mobile number.

• Candidates will receive their unique application number via text message. 

• Type in your personal, contact, academic details and upload the documents as per the specifications mentioned above. Submit the application form.

• Print out the completed JMEE application form using your application ID and password. Preserve it for future reference.

• After submission, the conducting body cannot make any rectifications of the mistakes (if any). In case of incorrect information provided by the candidates, his/ her candidature will be cancelled. To prevent this, such candidates can submit a fresh JMEE application form 2023.

Candidates will be able to download the admit card of Assam JMEE 2023 from the official website. It is compulsory for all candidates to carry their JMEE 2023 admit card to the exam centres for verification. Without JMEE hall ticket 2023, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the offline entrance exam.

• Click on ‘Submit’. Your hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.

• Download and print out at least 2-3 copies of the same.

Mode of Counselling: Offline

The exam conducting authority will conduct the JMEE 2023 counselling. Applicants will be able to submit their seat acceptance letter. Shortlisted candidates need to report to the Assam Engineering Institute, Chandmari, Guwahati for the JMEE counselling 2023 admission confirmation.  Candidates are invited on the basis of their ranks and reservation criteria. It is compulsory for candidates to report at the counselling venue in person, along with the mandatory documents for verification.
