According to officials, a common cutoff list is prepared by the NIMCET 2016 exam body and no separate cutoff list for each participating NIT is prepared. Candidates, who secure zero or negative marks in Mathematics are supposed to be disqualified from the selection process. The NIT MCA CET (NIMCET) 2016 question paper contains 120 MCQs in various sections. The exam paper is set in English language only, carrying a total of 480 marks. While, each correct answer marked by the candidate is awarded with 4 marks while1 mark is deducted as negative marking for every wrong answer.

see not all colleges have aicte approval , so it depends on the organization and their required qualifications for any particular post. for nimcet exam eligibility criteria is Students must have completed/ are completing B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Hons)/BCA/ BIT of 3 years from Open Universities are also eligible to apply , the qualification course program must approved by UGC / AICTE and Distance Education Council (DEC) of Govt. of India. so if the college is approved by ugc then you are also eligible to apply for nimcet.
Here, Exam date of NIMCET 2020 is not extended but now the college exam date is extended. And that will crash the date of NIMCET exam - 31st May... How do we even suppose to take the exam?
Chandani, at this point in time all these schedules are possible dates given the fact that lockdown has been extended until May 3rd. Now based on the Country's control of the pandemic the exams will be most probably rescheduled. NIMCET was scheduled for May 31st but again all dates are subjective to change based on the prognosis and control of the current situation. So do not worry about that.

see final year bca candidates or who have passed bca course are eligible to apply, however passing year should not be later than september 2020. candidates must have mathematics and statistics as a subject in graduation level are eligible to apply. the marks criteria of graduation course is as follows according to category wise
general and obc- 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale
sc/st- 55% marks in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale
