In case, two or more candidates secure the same score, the university will follow the tie-breaking points:
Consider the marks scored in Section-A i.e Analytical ability
If the tie persists, marks obtained by a student in Section-B i.e Mathematical Ability will be taken into consideration.
If the tie persists, it will be resolved by taking into account the age of the candidate giving the older candidate priority.
The qualifying percentage marks for ICET MCA 2014 is 25% (i.e. 50 marks out of total 200 marks). The entrance exam for ICET MCA 2014 was held on May 23, 2014. Qualifying candidates shall be offered admission for full time/part-time/evening/distance MCA courses at universities and affiliated colleges located across Andhra Pradesh.

For APICET 2019 Exam, candidates who have completed their graduation fulfilling the eligibility in terms of aggregate and all, as well as those in the final years were eligible to apply for this exams. Following this norm, the same rule should be applied in 2020 unless specified otherwise by authorities.
Eligibility Criteria for APICET 2019-
Candidates should have completed their
Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with a minimum of 3 years or its equivalent, with mathematics as one of the subject in Class 12th and a minimum of 50% in graduation level,For SC/ST/reserved category, it's only 45% in graduation leve
Candidates in the final year of their graduation or are appearing for the final exams are also eligible for APICET. There's no age bar.
APICET M.B.A Eligibility Criteria-
OC candidates have to secure 50% aggregate to be eligible for the counselling stage.For SC and ST candidates, they need to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in degree and APICET 2019 to qualify for the counselling.
AP ICET 2019 final phase counseling has been concluded. The date for certificate verification and exercising options was 29th and 30th august, 2019.

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education on August 23 released the AP ICET 2019 counselling seat allotment result.
There is no new notifications regarding third or second round counselling but you must remain in touch with the college official website and careers360 website.
No official notification has yet been released by the Andhra University regarding the 3rd phase of counselling for AP ICET 2019. So you will have to wait till the University releases any official notice regarding the dates.
